Le Rules for the pack are:

You must have 200 posts to join. I don't feel like enforcing the rules over and over to all the people who don't read them. If you have under 200 posts, and just casuall walk in and ask to join, your post will be ignored. If you are active after three days, once every day, and do two extra days in the baking stage, and have undiner 200 posts, then you may join. That is the ONLY WAY to join if you have under 200 posts. Sorry, newbies.
You must go through a period of time when you first join where you stay active and be friendly towrards everyone. That will depend on if you become an actual member or not. This is called the baking stage.
You must fill out the correct form to join.
